Responsible for all aspects of farm management, including crops and livestock, landscape plantings, nursery, training and supervision of agritourism guides, farm publicity and promotion. Since 2007 over 20,000 Kauai visitors have attended the Steelgrass Chocolate Farm Tour. In the 2010 Hawaii Honey Challenge Steelgrass Farm honey was awarded first prize. |
